Not at all!
Whether it’s your first-ever workout class or you’ve been training for years, our classes are designed to meet you where you are.
Drive Trainers provide guidance, modifications, and progressions throughout every class so you can move in a way that feels best for your body while still being challenged.
Our goal is to create an environment that feels motivating, welcoming, and never intimidating.
Each format at DR/VE is designed to support a different part of your training routine — while still working together as one complete experience.
CYCLE
Our rhythm-based cycling classes focus on endurance, power, energy, and beat-driven movement in a high-energy environment.
Expect a mix of heavy pushes + fast sprints, complemented by choreography and 1–2 arm songs using mini dumbbells for a full-body cardio workout.
TRAIN
Train is our mat-based strength format designed to build muscle, improve performance, and create long-term results through intentional programming.
Our rhythm-based Train classes combine strength, athletic movement, and controlled cardio through intentional full-body programming using dumbbells, resistance-based movement, and bodyweight training. Expect a challenging but approachable workout designed to push you while still allowing room for modifications and progressions.
SCULPT
Sculpt is our rhythm-based, mat-based format designed to improve mobility, stability, control, posture, and recovery through slower, more intentional movement patterns.
Sculpt Flow: Sculpt Flow blends mobility, athletic stability, balance, and recovery-focused movement into a continuous flow-style workout. Expect a combination of yoga-inspired movement, core work, balance training, flexibility, and controlled strength sequences designed to help you move better, recover smarter, and build full-body control.
Sculpt Tone: Sculpt Tone combines low-impact strength, mobility, and muscular endurance through controlled, beat-driven movement. Expect high-repetition sequences using light to moderate weights, focused core work, and full-body burn designed to challenge stability, posture, and control while keeping impact low.
Cycle x Train
Cycle x Train combines 30 minutes of our Cycle format for cardio and 30 minutes of our Train format for strength into one efficient, full-body workout — giving you the best of both class experiences in a single session.
No matter the format, every class is designed to feel approachable, challenging, and supportive.
You’re not doing this alone — we’ve got you!
Please plan to arrive about 10–15 minutes early for your first visit so we have plenty of time for check-in, setup, and a quick walk through of the space.
If you have any injuries, limitations, or accommodations your trainer should know about, feel free to share before class. Our goal is to create an efficient, inclusive workout for everyone, and our team always offers modifications and progressions to support you throughout class.
For Cycle classes, cycling shoes are required. For Train + Sculpt, wear comfortable workout clothing and athletic shoes or grip socks depending on the class format.
Bring a water bottle, come as you are, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Absolutely!
Many of our members combine different formats throughout the week — or even in the same day — to create a more balanced training routine.
