After years in boutique fitness, I saw an opportunity to create something Norman was missing — a training club built around intentional movement, well-rounded programming, and community. DR/VE was created to be a space where people can feel challenged, supported, and continue growing in more ways than one.
/CYCLE45:CLASSIC
A rhythm-based ride designed to build cardiovascular endurance, power, and stamina. This full-body cycling experience blends speed, resistance, and intentional movement to challenge both physical and mental limits. Expect a high-energy atmosphere with structured intervals that leave you stronger and more resilient every ride.
/CYCLE X TRAIN
A hybrid class that combines high-intensity cycling with off-the-bike strength training for a full-spectrum workout. This format builds cardiovascular endurance, power, and muscular strength in a single session, maximizing efficiency without sacrificing performance. Designed to challenge both stamina and strength, Cycle x Train delivers balanced, results-driven training in less time.
/TRAIN45
A total-body strength class centered on progressive overload, functional movement, and athletic performance. Using dumbbells, barbells, and bodyweight, Train 45 builds muscle, improves stability, and increases overall strength. This class is designed to support long-term results and smarter training.
/SCULPT45:FLOW
A low-impact, continuous flow class that emphasizes mobility, core strength, and controlled movement. Sculpt Flow improves balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance while keeping the body feeling strong and aligned. Perfect for active recovery days or pairing with higher-intensity training.
/SCULPT45:TONE
A targeted toning class focused on high-repetition, low-impact movements that lengthen and define muscle. Using lighter weights and bodyweight resistance, Sculpt Tone creates a deep burn while improving posture and muscle definition. Expect controlled, intentional work that delivers refined results.

Our team is here to make your first experience feel seamless. Check out a few FAQs below to help you feel ready for class.
Not at all. Every class is designed to be approachable while still challenging. Our coaches offer guidance and modifications throughout class.
Classes may be booked directly through our website or the DR/VE app. We recommend booking ahead, as some class times may fill early. Trouble booking? Give us a call at 405-593-3001 or email info@drivetrainingclub.com and our team will get you set up.
Bring water, grip socks or tennis shoes depending on class format, and anything you’d normally need for a workout. Towels are complimentary, and water + energy drinks are available for purchase in studio.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your first class so our team can get you checked in, show you the space, and help you feel comfortable before class starts.
CYCLE requires cycling shoes with SPD or Delta clips. Complimentary shoe rentals are included for members and first-time guests. TRAIN may be taken in tennis shoes or socks, and SCULPT is typically taken in socks.
All of our formats are beginner-friendly. Whether you’re looking for cardio, strength, or low-impact movement, our team can help guide you toward the best starting point for your goals.
